The “Kate” apartments are 200 meters from the waterfront, and from the terraces you can enjoy spectacular views of Vis bay and town, straight out beyond nearby historic Host Island to the mountainous Dalmatian coast 30 miles to the east. 

The villa is only a 15 minute walk from the ferry landing and the center of Vis town, and is only about 200 meters away from Kut, a picturesque corner of town, famous for its restaurants and taverns. There you can find shops, cafes, and bakeries too, and through cobbled streets you can easily walk to the nearest beach which is only 15 minutes away from the house.

Villa Kate offers you one six bed and two four bed apartments, tastefully and comfortably decorated. Apartments are air-conditioned and well-equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can find palm trees, olives, lemon and orange trees as well as various flowers and Mediterranean plants. In front of the house there is private parking, and in the garden a barbecue area is at your disposal for preparation of grilled specialities. A native Vis islander, your hostess will welcome you with a bottle of excellent local wine, tell you about special coves and bays for delightful swims and picnics, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay at Villa Kate.
